An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
The balance is to be paid directly to the supplier on arrival.

|Additional Driver||A fee of 30 EUR is charged for each additional driver. Price does not include 20% VAT.|
|Age Requirements||Surcharge of 30 EUR per rental + VAT applies to any customer who is at the date of the rental pick up younger than 25. This surcharge does not apply to customers aged 25 and older.|
|Forms of Payment||
Methods of payment: Credit cards VISA, AMEX, Master Card, Eurocard, Dinners Club. Companies can pay by invoice. Cash payment is possible with preauthorization on a credit card only.
If customer has no valid credit card or has unsufficient funds on the credit card, lessor may refuse to release to such client the vehicle.
|Renter Requirements||Customer will need passport and valid Driver´s Licence together with International Driver's Licence (when needed according to requirements for the country of issue). All documents have to have valid photo of the holder.|
|Cross Border Policy||
Cross Border Travel - All renters intending to drive the rental vehicle cross border must advise CzechoCar-Enterprise/National/Alamo at the time of rental. A cross border fee of 30 EUR plus VAT per rental applies. Payment of this fee guarantees assistance services abroad. The rental company prohibits travel outside of the Slovakia borders with the rented vehicle without the payment of the cross border fee. Should renters drive the rental vehicle outside of Slovakia having not disclosed their intentions to do so and having not paid the cross border fee they will be liable for all additional assistance/vehicle recovery fees.
Cross border travel is not permitted into: Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Cyprus, Estonia, Israel, Iran, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, Montenegro, Moldova, Macedonia, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Cross border travel is permitted into: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Finland, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Croatia,
Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Swizterland and Czech Republic.
|Delivery and Collection||Delivery and Collection is available on request for corporate accounts. Customers can arrange delivery and collection for locations within Bratislava city limits and throughout Slovakia by contacting the branch. A fee of 0,23 EUR per km + VAT applies for Delivery and Collection service. This service is available during and outside of the branch counter hours however any delivery and collection out of hours will incur an additional fee of 30 EUR plus VAT. Deliverly and Collection service is free of charge within the city limits of Bratislava|

|One Way Rentals||One Way rentals are not offered within Slovakia. International one-way rentals are allowed only between Enterprise stations according to the Cross-Border Travel policy. The minimum rental length for one-way rental in abroad is two days (48 hours).|
|Baby Seat||Child seats (booster, infant, toddler, baby) are available for 5 EUR per day up to a maximum of 65 EUR plus VAT per rental. In the case of loss and/or damage a replacement fee of 300 EUR will apply.|

|Fuel Service Option||All vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned with full tank. If the vehicle is not full tanked by return, the customer will be charged for the difference of missing fuel according to current price stated in the Rental Agreement of the Renter. Customer can also purchase prepaid fuel product. Price for prepaid fuel differs by car model and will be communicated by the counter staff.|

In case of an accident, theft or damage of the vehicle or of any part of it, and also in case of injury or death occurring as a result of an accident, the Renter is always obliged to call the police without consideration to the amount of damages. If he does not do it he has full responsibility for the damage. The Renter is obliged to fill up a transport accident report (the form is part of the documentation of the vehicle). The Renter is obliged to give a confirmation of the participation on an accident or on any damage caused to other parties without delay to the Lessor, at the latest in 24 hours from the event. In case of theft of the vehicle the Renter is obliged to immediately give the documentation and keys of the vehicle to the Lessor; if he does not do it, he is liable to the Lessor for the caused damage for 50% of the total loss, minimally 2,000.00 Euro.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier's rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
